Terms and Conditions: Returns or exchanges of books cannot be made after receiving them from the shipping company according to the Ministry of Commerce regulations. If you wish to "cancel the order or get a refund" and the payment method is "Mada, Visa, or bank transfer," the refund will take 7 working days. If you wish to "cancel the order" and the payment method is "Mada, Visa, or bank transfer," you must contact us before the order is shipped or the status is changed to "Completed." The store guarantees that the book arrives free of defects (tears, stains, printing errors). If a defect is found, the customer can exchange or refund its value within 3 days of receiving the books from the shipping company. The customer has no right to exchange or refund after this period. If there is an error from the store, the store will bear all shipping and exchange costs without any additional charge to the customer. To ensure your rights, please send a message via the official WhatsApp within one day of receiving the order at the latest. Shipping cost (when ordering the product) is non-refundable once the customer has received the product.
